**What we're looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the Openfair web platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and exceptional user experience.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our platform is accessible across multiple devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with server-side languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.js) and database technology (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of web services and APIs, as well as experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
