Marketing Campaign Manager
A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Effective Communication: Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication, fostering strong connections and delivering exceptional results.
* Campaign Leadership: Lead discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Client Success Ownership: Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Support for Media Buyers: Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
* Portfolio Growth: Work on creating good relationships with clients to grow their portfolio with us via upsells.
* Client Retention: One of the main responsibilities for this role is to ensure client satisfaction so they keep working with us.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* +1 year as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
