You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.
How you will contribute
* Manage change and transformation within the Operating teams during the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Progressive Maintenance).
* Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement.
* Coach Line Leaders, communicate plans and targets to ensure alignment and understanding.
* Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and embed a zero-loss mindset.
* Drive improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems for reliable operations.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements.
* Lead Talent, Capabilities & Engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs.
What you will bring
* Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
* An engineering background with financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
