Job Title: Oracle EBS O2C Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS O2C (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and Order Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end O2C cycle implementation and support, with added knowledge of Brazil tax regulations and localization requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS O2C modules including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Pricing, and Inventory.
* Manage end-to-end O2C cycle: Order Entry → Shipping → Invoicing → Receivables → Collections → Cash Application.
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Work closely with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
* Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to AR and revenue recognition.
* Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Tax.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.
* Strong hands-on experience in O2C modules (OM, AR, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory) .
* Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation.
* Good understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
* Experience in writing functional design documents (FDDs).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Brazil tax localization, including knowledge of Brazil tax laws (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS).
* Familiarity with Brazil fiscal reporting, Nota Fiscal (NF-e), and local statutory compliance requirements.
* Experience working with global or LATAM implementations.
