We require a scalable solution where a vendor-managed team can execute technical reviews, resolve engineering escalations, and maintain seamless communication across our design-to-installation pipeline.Primary DutiesReviewing structural conditions of rooftops and framing systemsDesigning or verifying the configuration of racking and attachment systemsPerforming load analysis to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and expected performance over a 25-year system lifeWorking in a high-volume production environment, completing multiple project assessments per day, with some engineers averaging multiple evaluations per hourThe ability to maintain accuracy and consistency at scale is critical.Regular shifting of work schedule may be required to support seasonal business needsTurnaround Times: Core tasks are measured in business hours with expectations ranging from 4 to 24 hours depending on the task type.Quality & Accountability: Staff must maintain a 95% quality score ; consistent failure to meet these standards requires a Performance Improvement Plan within 10 business days.
