We are supporting a fast-growing technology company in the logistics space in the search for a highly skilledSenior Accounting Professionalto join their finance team.This role will play a key part in strengthening financial processes, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance, and driving data-driven insights across the business.Key Responsibilities include: • Leading journal entries across revenue, commissions, bonuses, intercompany and cost allocations • Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and monthly close activities • Ensuring expense compliance and accurate financial reporting under IFRS • Building and improving accounting policies, internal controls, and processes • Supporting audits and complex accounting treatments • Delivering monthly financial reporting and budget vs actual analysis • Leveraging SQL, Python, Excel and AI to generate insights and improve efficiencyWhat we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent required) • 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably from public accounting or high-growth environments) • Strong IFRS and U.S. GAAP knowledge • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with internal controls and SOX • Fluent in English • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
