As a Business Technical Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for understanding the client's business, their objectives, and expectations, and providing guidance on how to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate client business requirements and assist in converting them into detailed technical specifications
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations
* Take part in execution of simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk and participating in Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing
