Establish Data Governance: Create data governance policies and structures that designate data owners, access rules, and compliance guidelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security across the organization. Act as Central Point of Contact with Headquarters: Facilitate communication and coordination between the Brazilian subsidiary and headquarters, promoting alignment in data and technology strategies.- Data Security and Project Management Ensure Implementation and Monitoring of Data Security Policies: Implement and monitor security policies to protect sensitive information, minimizing data exposure risks and ensuring compliance with regulations. Lead the Execution of Strategic Technology Projects: Manage and implement critical systems and automation initiatives, promoting process efficiency and modernization. This leadership in strategic projects enables the integration of new technologies with business processes, enhancing productivity.- Data Access and Business Intelligence Promote Data Access and Quality: Develop and improve processes and systems that facilitate access to high-quality data, promoting visibility and usability for stakeholders.
