We are looking for a Project Leader for our Electrical Sector. This position is based in our Porto Feliz site.
**What you’ll do**:
Ensure compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet customer requests within the stipulated period of return;
- Report billing status, order entry, and open order book.
- Constant monitoring of the open order book with delivery times;
- Constant monitoring with the GFSS aging list, working together for customers to pay on time and acting in problem resolutions;
- Responsible for performing the activities of the department following internal procedures;
- Interface between sales / customer needs and other administrative departments of the company;
- Establish strategic relationships with our main customers and partners, aiming to increase our business possibilities and improve conflict resolution

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineer (Industrial, Electrical or related), Business Administration or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Must know the electrical market
Technical knowledge:
- Advanced Excel required, Power BI desired;
- ERP required (SAP preferred)
- Advanced English required, Spanish desired
- Finance and legal (contract) concepts knowledge
- Quality and OPEX tools knowledge is a plus
