We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager to drive the success of our advertising campaigns. This role is critical in ensuring seamless campaign delivery and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Media Buying & Optimization
o Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.).
o Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
o Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
* Ad Operations & Technical Management
o Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA.
o Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution.
o Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting
o Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
o Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
o Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives.
* Client & Stakeholder Success
o Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices.
o Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Requirements:
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms like Google Ad Manager, WordPress, GAM 360, traffic acquisition tools such as Active Campaign and header bidding solutions.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and finding effective solutions.
* Attention to Detail: Precision in setting up campaigns, implementing ad tags, or managing publisher configurations to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Communication Skills: Clarity in conveying technical details, results, and strategies to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding.
* Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions to maximize client satisfaction.
* Knowledge of Ad Metrics: Understanding of key ad metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, RPM, and ad yield optimization strategies.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think ahead and align short-term actions with long-term goals, including scaling performance.
* Sales Acumen: Skills to pitch ad solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close partnerships with publishers or advertisers.

* Negotiation Skills: Confidence in negotiating with clients, vendors, and partners to secure the best outcomes for the business.
