Your Role
You will be responsible for:
* Inbound Level 2 Technical Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
* VPS & Dedicated Server Management
* Migrating and Transferring Client Data
* Assisting the Level 1 Support team with complex issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Experience with Virtualisation platforms
* Familiarity with Cloud Computing infrastructure
* Understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers
* WHMCS and KVM experience
* Firm understanding of both Linux and Windows
* Able to quickly handle technical issues and debugging
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Excellent written communication skills
