Overview:
Walturn is seeking a Product Manager to drive product planning, feature prioritization, and cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving user experience, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently while delivering high-impact, data-driven product outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in defining and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with business goals by translating strategy into actionable product initiatives while identifying opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
Gather, document, and structure product requirements by writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring clarity, alignment with stakeholders, and consistency across all product documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional execution by working closely with engineering, design, and operations teams, facilitating communication, resolving blockers, and supporting Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Drive product execution and lifecycle management by supporting end-to-end delivery from ideation to release, ensuring timely completion of features with expected quality and monitoring post-launch performance.
Ensure product quality through QA and testing by conducting UAT, identifying and reporting bugs and usability issues, and validating fixes before deployment.
Support data-driven decision-making by defining KPIs, analyzing user feedback and product metrics, conducting basic A/B testing when needed, and continuously optimizing product performance.
Track progress and reporting by monitoring feature development, maintaining sprint visibility, and preparing weekly updates highlighting progress, risks, blockers, and next steps for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with engineering and design teams.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
Exposure to SaaS or digital product environments.
Experience with AI/ML-based products or working alongside AI/ML teams.
Understanding of user research, A/B testing, or analytics tools.
Ability to define and improve product metrics and KPIs.
Prior experience in launching or improving digital products.
