As a Salesforce Health Cloud expert, you will analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve healthcare operations and outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support.
This includes analyzing business needs and translating them into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications. You will configure Salesforce Health Cloud components, including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Networks, and custom workflows.
You will also collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions. Additionally, you will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
* 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes
* Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience
* 3-5 years of SQL experience for extracting, transforming, and analyzing patient and operational data
* Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey data findings in a patient-centered, outcome-oriented context
* Familiarity with healthcare data structures such as claims data, pharmacy data, and outreach data (Salesforce)
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create clear, accessible dashboards and reports
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including patient advocates, digital health product managers, patient services managers
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analyses and quick-turn reporting
* Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
