We are seeking a Soldador(a) Meio Oficial to join our team of finishes in castings. You will be responsible for executing welding operations on Metso equipment and tools, according to designs, specifications, and procedures, with the aim of performing tasks and maintaining the required quality level.
Introduction
You will report to the Production Supervisor. This position is mainly located in the Sorocaba foundry and does not involve travel.
Team
You will join a team of castings finishes, dedicated to delivering replacement castings for the world. We work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as product engineering.

What you will do
* Work in the Production Area, operating electric arc welding machines, in the welding processes used by the company, in order to perform all types of tasks with variation in their details.
* Execute MIG welding, electrode-covered, and arc-ar-graphite processes, in order to act according to the pre-established norm.
* Adjust the machine and execute the operation, following the welding process specification and drawings contained in the production order, with the objective of performing tasks inherent to the position and obtaining positive results.
* Perform cuts through the arc-ar-graphite process, according to pre-established procedures and following the production planning, aiming at efficiency, quality, and reliability.
* Sand and deburr welded pieces and assemblies, using suitable equipment, with the objective of removing imperfections in the produced pieces.
* Operate electric shears or overhead cranes, in addition to performing movement with a forklift, analyzing the presented need, in order to perform movement in the most suitable way for the pieces.
* Know the procedures, instructions, and standards of ISO 9001, seeking to practice them in the daily work, in order to guarantee the quality of the company and the service it performs.
* Comply with all HSE and Quality policies, procedures, and practices.
Who are you
* High school complete.
* Experience in MIG welding, electrode-covered, and arc-ar-graphite processes.
* Welding qualification.
* Experience with goivagem.
* Desirable experience and certification in overhead crane operation.
* Availability to work in the 2nd shift.
* Reside in Sorocaba or Votorantim.
