Job Opportunity
This role involves supporting customers in Frankfurt by coordinating training session delivery.
You will collaborate with the customer's learning delivery team and be responsible for analyzing training requirements, managing requests for session creation and modification, and ensuring proper execution of training sessions.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and a high-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize and ensure proper execution of training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2.
