About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
2. Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
3. Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
4. Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
5. Identify escalate and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
7. Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed global teams.
