Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will know how to extract value from every piece of content, distribute it smartly across platforms, and build operational systems to keep everything running like clockwork.
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets — from captions to blog intros to hook-driven carousel copy.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
* Proven experience in content repurposing, especially turning long-form content (like podcasts) into multi-format deliverables.
* Sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices.
* Solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
* Highly organized and self-directed with excellent attention to detail.
Nice to Have Qualifications
If you have experience with:
* Managing social media calendars and repurposing frameworks.
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Descript, and Metricool or similar.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands.
