Commercial Account Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective account management.

* Develop and execute targeted business plans to achieve strategic objectives and meet customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Provide insightful business reviews and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of success and achievement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM software and other relevant tools.
