About the Role:
This role is the operational backbone of InkSpace's commercial engine. You will own HubSpot from architecture to execution, own the full outreach funnel from ICP targeting to demo booking, and oversee the deployment and performance of AI agents that scale the sales motion.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership
HubSpot is the operating system of InkSpace's commercial motion. This role owns it completely, the architecture, the hygiene, the sequences, the reporting, and the culture of use. An underused CRM is not a neutral asset. It is a liability that hides deal risk and destroys pipeline visibility.
Funnel Ownership
The funnel math at InkSpace is unambiguous. Three coil sales per month requires twelve completed demos, which requires forty-five active conversations, which requires 1,500 ICP contacts in constant engagement. This person owns every ratio in that chain.
AI Agent Stack
This role does not just use the AI agents, it owns them. That means deploying them, supervising their outputs, tuning their behavior, and integrating their activity into HubSpot with full fidelity. The agents are force multipliers; this person is the human intelligence that keeps them sharp.
Required Experience:
• 3-7 years in inside sales, commercial operations, or sales enablement, preferably in medtech, healthcare, or similar regulated industries
• Demonstrated HubSpot power-user or administrator experience, sequences, workflows, reporting, deal pipeline architecture
• Track record of building and owning full-funnel outreach programs at scale
• Experience working with or deploying AI tools in a sales or marketing context, AI fluency is non-negotiable
• Strong written communication, the outreach this role produces will represent the InkSpace brand to hospitals and radiologists
