Sales Leader - Nutraceuticals
We are seeking a Sales Leader to drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in key accounts across LATAM, building strong relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
5. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
6. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
7. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
