As the key point of contact for assigned clients, it is essential to maintain consistent communication and satisfaction.
Taking full commercial ownership of accounts drives revenue growth and achievement of performance objectives.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies.
* Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry.
* Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (e.g. Brazil, Colombia, or Peru).
