Business Analyst Product Designer Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and partner with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
As a Business Analyst – Product Designer, you will:
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Foster collaboration with business and technical stakeholders through requirements gathering and functional design sessions.
* Develop detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
* Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of business processes, software development methodologies, and IT systems is essential. Experience in facilitating requirements gathering, functional design, and testing is also required.
In addition, the selected candidate will have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to various audiences.
