**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take customer orders and offer recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating.
- Handle cash, card payments, and POS systems accurately.
- Monitor inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or complaints professionally.
