We partner with hotels of every size and type around the world to achieve their commercial objectives – from independent, luxury, lifestyle, and boutique hotels, to the world's largest chains.
The ideal candidate will understand how Latam hotel chains function and operate, and will be familiar with the technology solutions adopted by these chains to achieve their commercial objectives.
This is an individual contributor role and, as such, the candidate is expected to be self-started and self-driven, ready to innovate to find new values for our clients whilst keeping the company goals and the bigger picture firmly in mind.
This position can be based anywhere in Latam and needs to have the ability to travel within the region without limitations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Building and managing strategic alliances
2. Defining partnership roadmaps
3. Identifying co-marketing opportunities
4. Collaborating with internal teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
* 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Awareness of regional trends
* Proficiency in using CRM tools
