Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring proper access authorization to the building and office;
* Manage phone calls, emails, and deliveries with professionalism and efficiency;
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and corporate teams;
* Assist with the visa invitation letter process for Chinese expatriates traveling to Brazil;
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, and ground transportation;
* Organize and support external and internal meetings, including room setup and coffee service;
* Handle monthly office supply purchases and maintain adequate stock levels;
* Support general administrative tasks and office errands as needed;
* Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times;
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external administrative matters.
Requirements
* Advanced or fluent English (written, spoken, and reading);
* Mandarin is a plus;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Professional presence to represent the company at the front desk;
* Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented attitude;
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
* Previous experience in reception and/or administrative roles;
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
Location and work-mode:
* 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
