About the position
The Planning department at Cappuccino is growing rapidly We are seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to work with an excellent team in designing precise, creative, intelligent, and results-driven strategies.
Responsibilities and duties
* Strategy development: Collaborate actively in developing communication strategies aligned with the client's objectives, challenges, and business opportunities, with a deep understanding of these areas.
* In-depth analysis: Conduct multifactorial and multidisciplinary analyses to generate and support intelligent insights, creative solutions, and concrete outcomes. Be capable of visualizing the universe of available or desired information and identifying relevant data such as market, competition, trends, consumer habits, social dynamics, research, internal data (sales, turnover, awareness, penetration, frequency...), CRM indicators, both quantitative and qualitative.
* Briefing development: Create comprehensive and clear briefings for the agency's creative teams, accurately transmitting strategic insights, communication objectives, and client expectations, ensuring campaigns align with strategic guidelines.
* Reverberation evaluation: Establish strategic KPIs and monitor campaign performance, analyzing relevant metrics and their impact on client results. Identify opportunities for optimization and strategic adjustments during campaign cycles, ensuring objectives are met. Prepare interim and final reports.
* Presentations and pitches: Actively participate in meetings with clients to present strategies, results, and recommendations. Communicate strategies clearly and persuasively, justifying decisions based on data analysis and strategic insights.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements
* Complete higher education in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
* Previous experience as a Strategic Planning Analyst in advertising agencies;
* Solid knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis;
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and under pressure;
* Advanced English proficiency.
