B2B Relationship Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our key accounts within the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful account plans, fostering growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* New Business Development: Acquires new key accounts within assigned territories, expanding our market presence.
* Client Communication: Conducts regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing products/services to maximize revenue generation.
* Reporting: Prepares and presents reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Results-Driven: Experienced in delivering results in an autonomous working environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid experience and knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercial Awareness: Commercially astute with knowledge of B2B business models and new business segments.
* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
