Location: Remote (Brazil)We're seeking a seasoned Java Engineer who can own services end-to-end, from development through production infrastructure management.What You'll Do:
Design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Java
Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and secure coding
Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka
Design and optimize Postgre SQL databases
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Deploy and orchestrate services with KubernetesWhat We're Looking For:
10+ years of Java development experience (Spring Boot preferred)
Strong API development and RESTful design skills
Hands-on experience with Kafka and Postgre SQL
Proven ability with Terraform and Kubernetes
Security-minded approach to development
Experience with microservices architecture
Ability to own projects from concept to productionRequirements:
Must have overlapping working hours with PST (Pacific Standard Time)
Strong communication skills in English
Self-starter who can work independently
