Job Description: The Pleno Financial Analyst will oversee macro-level routines, integrating administrative, financial, accounting, and payroll processes to ensure organized internal operations. Main activities include:
1. Performing quotations, purchasing, and inventory control of office supplies.
2. Organizing files and documents, supporting suppliers and service providers.
3. Processing accounts payable/receivable, collections, issuing invoices, entries, and bank reconciliations in the Nomus ERP.
4. Entering fiscal notes in the ERP and preparing cash flow reports.
5. Controlling and verifying vendor commissions and representatives.
6. Maintaining relationships with banks and outsourced accounting firms.
7. Supporting financial closing, SPED Fiscal, revenue/expense classification, and tax schedules (federal, state, municipal).
8. Supporting routines related to Lucro Real and tax credits.
9. Generating and verifying payroll, controlling attendance, benefits, vacations, terminations, and supporting hiring/firing processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields; proven experience; advanced MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Nomus preferred); MBA in Accounting, Fiscal, or Management areas is a plus.
