Project Lead
We seek a seasoned professional to assume delivery ownership across intricate, multifaceted initiatives within an agile engineering framework. This role sits at the nexus of business, product, and engineering – translating priorities into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
* Develop and manage delivery plans including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus but not required.
