Business Development Specialist
Job Summary: As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and strengthening partner relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, and collaborating across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives.
* Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
* Support partnership and business development initiatives through collaboration with internal teams.
* Draft proposals, client communications, and supporting documents.
* Track partnership and account performance metrics; prepare reports as needed.
Key Support Functions:
* Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps.
* Coordinate scheduling meetings, calendar management, and sales activities.
* Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation.
* Provide general administrative and organizational support.
