Key Performance Analyst Leader
You will deliver actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
* Develop and implement data-driven metrics to assess operational efficiency.
* Design, execute, and report on key performance indicators throughout our end-to-end supply chain process.
* Provide timely product health measurements and reporting to support the business.
* Communicate product insights to cross-functional partner teams and leadership.
Requirements:
* English - Mandatory
* 5+ years analytics experience
* Expert in SQL
* 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools
* Strong ability to translate complex problems into technical solutions
* Proven track record of delivering strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, and presentation of findings
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* eCommerce or logistics industry experience a plus
