Lead Frontend Developer
We are seeking a talented Lead Frontend Developer to drive the development of high-quality, scalable web applications.
* Drive the creation of innovative user interfaces using modern frontend technologies like React and Next.js
* Work closely with product managers and designers to develop meaningful features that meet business goals
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving code quality and architecture
* Implement integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors to enhance our services
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the frontend stack
Requirements:
5+ years building and scaling web applications
Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment
Bonus: Experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending background a plus
