The Manager, Corporate Development will be responsible for developing and managing an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM. This role requires meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets by working autonomously and with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities.
Key responsibilities include allocating the lead database accurately within portfolio verticals and qualifying opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel.

Relevant experience and competencies include:
* At least 3+ years of experience in business development/sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles
* A clear interest in developing long-term pipelines of meaningful relationships
* Previous high-performance in business development, sales, or account management
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours
