Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Passo Fundo, RS. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing client relationships, offering technical support for solutions, conducting customer consultations, and promoting Envolp Solutions' services. The role requires understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, securing new sales opportunities, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Collaboration with teams to identify opportunities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction will also be essential.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to deliver tailored technical solutions to customers
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and understand customer needs
* Experience in Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Capability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot client concerns during the sales process
* Solid organizational skills and ability to work onsite in Passo Fundo, RS
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge of the agricultural, automotive, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
