What you’ll do as a Tech Sourcer
- Attract top performers to work remotely for American companies, from LATAM;
- Map the market and gather insights from the collected data;
- Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and hunting strategies for software product development talent;
- Help to structure and pursue continuous improvement of recruitment process stages, based on metric analysis (Time to Hire, Conversion Rates, NPS, and so on);

Mandatory skills
This job opening is exclusively available for individuals residing in Mexico and Argentina
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
Effective time-management abilities;
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Advanced English skills (especially reading);
Please note that all Ubimind's internal communications are in Portuguese so you'll need to be able to understand and have Basic/Intermediate Portuguese skills.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking;
Knowledge of technology-related roles and job positions;
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS or CRM.
