About the Role
* Ownership and accountability for delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
* Development and maintenance of detailed delivery plans encompassing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
* Closely collaborate with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira.
* Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, providing clear updates and fostering alignment across teams.
* Risk identification, mitigation, and resolution; adjust plans accordingly as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing actionable insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Ongoing improvement of delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and predictability.
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress utilizing relevant metrics and tools.

Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Demonstrated expertise in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort operating in client-facing capacities.
* Capacity to navigate ambiguity and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Bonus points for basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts.
