Job Title: Senior Project Governance Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Governance Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape. This requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Demand Management: Intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands to align with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
* Service Introduction & Handover to Operations: Smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams for proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge between IT and business, ensuring requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
* Process Standardization: Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.
* Performance & Reporting: Track and report on governance and demand management processes' efficiency, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
* Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).
* Familiarity with processes such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum.
* Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.
* Experience with customer success capabilities.
* Experience with reporting and analytics tools for tracking demand and governance performance.
