Customer Success Role Overview

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialized technical solutions to escalated support cases.
* Ensure timely and proactive communication with customers.
* Strengthen the partnership between our support team and clients through technical expertise and accountability.
Technical Skills
* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools.
* Perform API testing and validation using Postman or cURL.
* Conduct IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate issues on Windows Application Servers.
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers.
* Assist customers with database backups and SQL troubleshooting using SQL Server Management Studio.
* Diagnose connectivity and latency issues using network tracing tools.
* Maintain proficiency in analyzing browser console errors and network calls.
