The People Operations Specialist provides guidance and support to employees and ex-employees related to PC&C policies and processes, including transactions like reference requests and e-filing requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees, line managers, and people advisors, supporting full employee lifecycle queries via live channels.
2. Create, update, triage, and resolve cases, escalating when necessary.
3. Seek advice on unclear processes and suggest solutions.
4. Complete transactions in people and culture applications.
5. Diagnose system queries and seek resolutions.
6. Support onboarding, moves, and exits with enhanced care services.
7. Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement.
8. Support knowledge creation, maintenance, and global change projects.
9. Assist with cyclical people and culture activities.
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent preferred.
* Proficient in English and Portuguese; Spanish is desirable.
Skills:
* Strong customer service skills.
* Digital fluency with systems and office tools.
* Ability to navigate tiered support models and seek support when needed.
* Numeracy and analytical thinking.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Effective communication, resilience, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset.
Experience and Requirements:
* 1-2 years post-graduation experience, ideally in HR.
* Availability to work US Central Time hours preferred.
