Strategic Account Executive
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive with expertise in the travel industry, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships across assigned territories to maximize revenue and account growth.
* Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet sales targets and foster long-term partnerships.
* Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and cultivate key accounts.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue generation and customer loyalty.
* Prepare and present insightful reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, informing the creation of innovative products and services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* Proven influencing and negotiation skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Experience in delivering results in an autonomous work environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Deep understanding and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality sectors.
* Proficiency in business operations, including B2B and new business segments.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is an asset.
