Role Description
We are looking for a Company Manager to help drive the day-to-day running of the business, support growth, and coordinate the team as we continue to scale.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the fertility field, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to operations, growth, and team management.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in the fertility field is essential
* Professional fluency in Spanish and English
* Strong experience in operations, growth, and team management
* Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Comfortable working in a startup environment
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day coordination and running of the company
* Improve internal organisation and operational efficiency
* Drive commercial growth initiatives and follow-up
* Coordinate team priorities, workflows, and execution
* Ensure service quality and consistency as the company grows
* Support planning, decision-making, and execution across the business
* Track projects, deadlines, and key action points across the company
* Prepare presentations, reports, and internal follow-up materials
