Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and management of retail stores, ensuring consistent store image, standardized merchandising, and effective execution of sales activities.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve store operation standards (SOPs), supervising compliance across all stores.
* Lead sales target planning, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and deliver regular operation and business reports.
* Plan and coordinate the execution of in-store promotional and marketing activities, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and membership campaigns.
* Manage and lead store teams, including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
* Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment, minimizing stock-outs, and controlling overstock.
* Resolve operational issues in stores, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and overall shopping experience.
* Conduct competitive analysis on retail operations and market trends, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
* Support strategic planning for store expansion, optimization, and channel efficiency enhancement.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in retail store operations or related roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
* Proven experience in chain retail/consumer electronics store management is a strong plus.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
* Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making capability.
* High execution capability and stress resilience, able to adapt working hours according to business needs.
* Proficiency in office software, with the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret operation and sales reports.
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness.
