Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Lead development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Integrations.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
