Senior Growth Leader
Job Summary:
The Senior Growth Leader will drive sales growth across Latin America by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
2. Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering strong relationships with senior-level executives from brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches that meet customer needs.
5. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
6. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and promote products.
