We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making. This role works closely with business, finance, and operations teams to analyze performance data, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business and operational data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance
* Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to explain trends and business drivers
* Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
Required Experience
* Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related quantitative field
* 5+ years experience in Data Analysis or Business Analytics
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience with Python (or similar analytical language)
* Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with business or financial performance analytics (Preferred)
* Experience with AWS or cloud data environments (Preferred)
* Exposure to Spark / PySpark (Preferred)
* Experience with data pipelines or orchestration tools (Preferred)
