Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist - Open Banking Expertise
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of a cutting-edge, cloud-native SaaS solution implementing FDX APIs for Open Banking across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the Open Banking SaaS solution, ensuring high uptime and performance.
* Client Governance: Collaborate with clients to provide regular management reports and maintain governance standards.
* Knowledge Sharing: Provide expertise on Open Banking workflows and mentor the support team to enhance their skills.
* Support and Resolution: Participate in application support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Collaboration: Work closely with development and AWS SMEs to ensure seamless platform operation.
Mandatory Skills:
* At least 7 years of experience supporting production environments for financial institutions.
* Experience working with AWS cloud environments for at least 2 years.
* Familiarity with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Proven leadership experience in managing support teams.
* Able to implement and maintain SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management.
* Experience communicating effectively with senior customer management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Previous experience in Open Banking.
* Fluency in French language (B2 or above).
