Engage with guests to create a positive dining experienceAccurately take guest in room dining, ensuring to note any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergiesOperate the computer system for order taking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reportsCoordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryOrganize and coordinate the delivery of orders to guest rooms, ensuring that they arrive promptly and meet presentation standards. Monitor the timing of each order to ensure freshnessMaintain cleanliness and organization in the in room dining area, including dining equipment and utensils.
