Field Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Follow‑up and support of Desktop / Laptop and Mobile Devices
Stock and asset management
Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments
Guide, assist and follow up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request
Maintain and improve customer service and availability
Develop and maintain documentation for all ICT support related subjects and produce reports as required
Mandatory Skills
Advanced English
Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support
Basic knowledge of Network and Server Administration
Hands‑on experience on mounting and unmounting the devices
Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office
Good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Good knowledge of German/English (written and oral)
Excellent administrative skills (punctual and meticulous)
Quick learner, punctual & interested in IT progress
