What you need to have
* College degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar;
* 5+ years of experience in production support or related roles;
* Strong experience with L1/L2 support in banking environments;
* Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis;
* Familiarity in using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys.
* Hands-on experience with Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible;
* Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware;
* Availability to work in 24/7 shift rotation (weekends and public holidays included);
* Excellent English skills (B2+);
* Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.
Nice to have
* Familiarity with batch processing, reconciliations, and end-of-day operations;
* Experience with core banking operations (Retail Banking, Treasury, Payments, Wealth Securities);
